Who Gets a Civil Protection Order?

Civil Protection Orders may be granted when a party has been subjected to or threatened with Domestic Violence, Telephone Harassment, Stalking or Malicious Harassment. A Civil Protection Order can be issued for up to one-year and can possibly be extended for life.
