Practice Areas

Mr. Bevis specializes in divorce matters with a special focus on high conflict custody, property division, and separate property tracing. Mr. Bevis has extensive experience in the areas of complex divorce litigation, child custody, and child support modifications, paternity, trial and appellate practice.

Overview

While in Law School, Mr. Bevis interned with the Honorable Michael H. Williams in the U.S. District Court and the Idaho Legal Aid Services. After graduation, Mr. Bevis accepted an associate attorney position with Bevis, Thiry & Schindele, PA from 2009 - 2012. In 2012, Mr. Bevis became partner at Bevis, Thiry & Schindele, PA where he continues to practice. Mr. Bevis served as the President of the Fourth District Bar Association from 2017 - 2018.

Mr. Bevis was nationally ranked top-ten, under 40, attorneys by the NAFLA (2020).

Law School

Mr. Bevis received his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Idaho in 2005. Thereafter, he received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho School of Law in 2008.
